That image is supported by our philosophy to use only the freshest ingredients available and to provide clean, bright, and inviting environments to purchase a meal for takeouts or in-store dining. Our unique Japanese dishes are healthy, flavorful and made to order from recipes developed by the Chius family, ensuring tradition and authenticity. At Kyoto Bowl, our customers are treated to a variety of choices including reasonably priced "value meals," catered party platters and fresh sushi. This blending of flavorful foods and great value positions Kyoto Bowl as a leader not only in Quick Service Japanese Restaurants, but other QSR operations as well.

Our Spirit:
At Kyoto Bowl, our desire is to rapidly expand our restaurant chain into regional shopping centers as well as free standing restaurants.

Our Mission, Concept and Spirit are committed and embraced by founding members, Charles and Christiana Chiu when they opened their first Kyoto Bowl Restaurant in Mesa, Arizona in 1987. Through dedication, hard work and attention to detail, the Chius now own and operate 18 stores throughout Arizona with plan for additional stores.
